Used to make probiotic yoghurt containing Acidophilus and Bifidus strains of bacteria, which have proven health effects in the digestive system. Will make a thicker textured yoghurt.

Each pack contains enough starter culture to add to 250L of milk!

All starters are Direct Vat Set (DVS) and need to be stored in the freezer. Starter culture will be active for at least 12 months if kept in the freezer at or below -18 degrees Celcius.
