Romano and Parmesan cheeses are classic Italian favourites, and surprisingly easy to make at home! This popular kit gives you enough ingredients to add to 250L of milk, from which you can make about 21kg of Romano cheese, or 19kg of Parmesan (note: you may need to order more wax after a time to coat this amount of cheese). This is about 120 cheeses.
Note, these kits make less than the 'soft' cheese kits because they are less moist and have a lower yield than the camembert, blue and fetta varieties, but they are still exceptional value when you consider how much you pay for these cheeses at the supermarket and at specialty cheese stores!
