Coarse plastic draining mesh, ideal for draining curd, yoghurt, fromage frais etc. Also can be used  for storage and maturation.

Comes from a roll of mesh that is 50m long and 100cm wide. Minimum purchase lenth 0.5m. Please note that if you order more than one of this item it may come in 1 x 1m length or 2 x 0.5m lengths depending on available stock.

To give an indication of the size of the holes in the matting, the ruler markings in the photo are 1cm apart
