Used for flavour development in mould-ripened and fresh cheeses. Contains KL71 Cultures. Enough for about 1000L of milk!

All cultures are Direct Vat Set (DVS) and need to be stored in the freezer. Culture will be active for at least 12 months if kept in the freezer at or below -18 degrees Celcius.
