Used when making Fetta and Italian cheeses to produce a more traditional flavour. Enough for up to 1,000L of milk.

All cultures are Direct Vat Set (DVS) and need to be stored in the freezer. Culture will be active for at least 12 months if kept in the freezer at or below -18 degrees Celcius.
